Subscription License Terms

These Subscription License Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of fonts and digital files generated on yofont.com (“Service”). By checking the consent box and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
1. Parties
These Terms are between Yo Space LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and you, the subscriber (“User”, “you”).
2. Definitions
- Files: Any font files (OTF/TTF/WOFF or similar) generated by the Service.
- Plan: The subscription plan chosen by the User.
- Active subscription: A paid, current subscription period.
- Grace period: 7 days after failed payment during which you may restore access without losing rights.
3. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the generated Files in accordance with your selected Plan and only while your subscription remains active.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
All generated font files, previews, metadata, and related assets, including any content created through prompts or uploads, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Yo Space LLC. Users do not obtain ownership or copyright; they receive a restricted license to use such materials as defined by their active Plan on the License Terms page.

6. Prohibited use
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing generated Files to third parties.
- Publishing or uploading source Files in any public repository.
- Reverse engineering or modification without written consent.
- Using the Files or Service for unlawful, hateful, or pornographic purposes.
- Using generated fonts without a valid subscription license.
7. Subscription status
The license is valid only while your subscription is active. After the grace period ends, all use of generated Files is strictly prohibited. Renewal automatically restores your usage rights under the then-current Plan.
8. Monitoring
Files may include hidden license identifiers used solely to verify authenticity and compliance. These identifiers never store personal information and serve only to protect intellectual property.
9. Penalties
Any breach of Sections 4–8, including unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of generated font files, constitutes a material violation of these Terms. The user shall be fully liable for all damages and agrees to pay a contractual penalty of up to USD 5,000 or ten (10) times the price of the corresponding subscription plan, whichever is higher, plus all enforcement and legal costs incurred by the Company. This penalty does not limit the Company’s right to claim higher proven damages through legal action. The amount represents a reasonable pre-estimate of the Company’s losses from IP infringement.
10. User responsibility and indemnity
The User bears full responsibility for any misuse of the Service or generated font files. The User shall indemnify and hold Yo Space LLC harmless from any losses, claims, or liabilities resulting from (i) violation of these Terms; (ii) use of generated fonts without a valid license; or (iii) redistribution of the Company’s materials without authorization. The Company reserves the right to suspend access, revoke all licenses, and take legal action in case of repeated or severe violations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming unless otherwise agreed.
