Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yofont.com (“Service”), operated by Yo Space LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

YoFont, provided by Yo Space LLC, offers AI-powered font generation, previews, and subscription-based licensing.
Features, limits, and rights depend on the subscription plan you choose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use the Service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Failure to pay results in suspension of your subscription and loss of license rights (see License Terms).
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law (see Refund Policy below).

5. Intellectual property

All source code, design elements, documentation, and all materials generated or uploaded by users through the Service (including prompts, images, previews, and font files) are the exclusive intellectual property of Yo Space LLC upon creation.
Users acquire no ownership rights; they receive only a limited, revocable license under their active plan, as specified on the License Terms page.

5.1 Ownership survives account closure. Our ownership of generated materials is permanent and is not affected by the closure, deletion, suspension, or expiry of your account, by the cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription, or by any request to delete your personal information. Deleting your account removes your personal information; it does not transfer, assign, or extinguish any right of Yo Space LLC in materials generated through the Service.

5.2 Our rights after your account ends. Following closure or deletion of your account, Yo Space LLC retains the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without further notice, compensation, attribution, or any obligation to you, to: retain and archive the generated materials; publish or continue to publish them, including in our public catalogue; license, sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit them; include them in collections, bundles, or promotional material; modify, adapt, rebuild, or create derivative works from them; transfer or assign them to a third party, including as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business; or withdraw them from circulation entirely. We are not obliged to exercise any of these rights, and nothing here requires us to keep any material available.

5.3 Authorship is removed. Where we continue to make a generated font available after your account is closed, we first remove the authorship metadata and any link to your former profile, so the material is no longer associated with you or presented as yours. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, and rights of integrity in the generated materials, and you waive any claim to royalties, revenue share, or other compensation arising from our use of them. Nothing in this section permits us to use your name, likeness, or other personal information to promote the Service.

5.4 Your own materials. Sections 5.1 to 5.3 apply to materials generated by the Service. Where you upload a reference image or other content that you own, you retain your rights in that original content and grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of generating your result and operating the Service. This section does not claim ownership of pre-existing works you supply.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass technical restrictions or quotas.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized use of the API.
• Using the Service for unlawful, hateful, or pornographic purposes.

7. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and any licensed files unless renewed as per License Terms.

You may request deletion of your account at any time via Delete my data. On deletion we erase your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and your licence to use any generated fonts ends, including for files you have already downloaded. The generated materials themselves remain our property and are dealt with as set out in sections 5.1 to 5.3 above. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Yo Space LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability and user indemnity

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yo Space LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or generated font files.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Yo Space LLC harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the Service; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights; or (iv) your use of any generated fonts or materials without a valid license, or in violation of the License Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Disputes are resolved by the courts of Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance.

Refund Policy

Our fonts and subscriptions are digital goods. Once generated or delivered, they cannot be “returned.”
Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

• By purchasing and starting use of YoFont’s digital services (including font generation, previews, downloads), you expressly agree that the right of withdrawal or refund for digital content is waived worldwide once delivery or generation begins, except where prohibited by law.
• Refunds may be granted only in cases of double charge, fraudulent transaction, or technical error directly attributable to Yo Space LLC.
• To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us via the Support page within 7 days of the transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
